Evolve started in 2017 as a small local business in Richmond, VA by two women who had a dream to change the Fashion Industry.
In the early 1950s, mannequins and models were fashioned to the average waist of an American female. Nearly forty years later, mannequins and models were being made to have waists that measured six or more inches smaller than the average American woman, distorting the perception and body image of 90% of women all over the world.
So, the owners of Evolve decided that it was time to put a stop to this, and give the beauty back to those who felt as though they lost it with the changing fashions and standards that had been set for them by others.
“We often go through life looking for a purpose, and ultimately who we are meant to be. We grow, we face struggles, and we learn, but eventually, we evolve into the most beautiful versions of ourselves, with no apologies.”
Remember that whatever life plants you, to bloom and evolve, because nothing can grow without a little bit of dirt, and a whole lot of sunshine.
